Tyrone Huntley, originally from the UK and currently based in LA, can be seen in Steve McQueen’s anthology series SMALL AXE for Amazon, alongside John Boyega. Huntley won an Evening Standard Award and was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award for his portrayal of 'Judas' in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR in London. He recently returned to JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR as ‘Simon’ and understudying Cynthia Erivo’s ‘Jesus’ in the critically acclaimed Hollywood Bowl production. He continues to be active on stage in the UK, having recently played ‘Che’ in EVITA and ‘Barnaby’ in HELLO, DOLLY! at the London Palladium. On screen he will next be seen as series regular ‘Jerry Sloane’ in Channel 4’s A WOMAN OF SUBSTANCE.
