Yes, but we highly recommend transferring tickets to each attendee, prior to your arrival at the Bowl, to expedite your entry at the gates and to allow each attendee to move about the venue freely.

You may share your tickets with any of your guests using our ticket sharing function so that each guest may maintain their ticket. There are step by step guides for sharing, unsharing, accessing, and managing tickets at www.hollywoodbowl.com/digital-tickets.

Please take the following steps to share a ticket:

1.  Log into your account at www.hollywoodbowl.com


2.  Select Manage Tickets for your performance

3.  Click Ticket Sharing

4.  Mark the checkboxes for the tickets you'd like to share:


5.  Select "Generate Share Link" to create a ticket share link

6.  Select "Share" to send the ticket share link to your intended recipient

7.  Send your ticket share link via text message, email or any other messaging platform

8.  If sharing via text message, fill your recipient's phone number in the To field and then hit the send button

All sales are final, meaning that there are no exchanges and no refunds. If you find that you are unable to attend a concert that you purchased tickets for, you are free to give those tickets to a friend or acquaintance (instructions on how to share your tickets may be found here) or donate the tickets back to the LA Phil

It means you’ll be unable to see the entire stage from those seats. You’ll have either an incomplete view because of the position of the seats, or something will be in your line of sight – like a handrail, speakers, or the soundboard.

We sell these seats because for many fans an obstructed view is not a problem, and the tickets are clearly labeled at the time of purchase. If you have purchased obstructed/partial view in error, please contact us and we will do our best to try to relocate you.

Accessible seats may be purchased online just like buying any other ticket.  Look for the wheelchair and companion logos on the seating chart.

Fees may apply when you purchase a ticket online or over the phone. Tickets purchased at the Box Office may not incur such a fee. The fee is displayed once you add a ticket to your cart so that you are aware of the fees before proceeding with your purchase.

What does the fee cover?: These fees are used to cover all the costs associated with purchasing tickets. This includes but is not limited to: web hosting, ticketing hardware, customer support, training, credit and debit card processing services, email processing, merchant fees, computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and more.

Although there's no minimum age for admittance, many evening concerts aren't suitable for young children. Children ages 2 and up must have a ticket to enter the theater, must sit in the seat indicated on the ticket, and should be able to sit quietly through a concert. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket.

Sometimes artist management will place a ticket limit by customer, credit card, billing address, or other criteria to provide access to as many fans as possible.

The criteria can change depending on the type of event. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice.

We take your privacy and information security very seriously. The LA Phil never sells data or shares personal information with outside entities and we keep minimal information regarding your purchase history with the LA Phil. 

Please note:

• Deleting your account eliminate access to digital tickets for future events on your account or any rights or privileges related to any ticket purchases and contributions (including any donation recognition and the cancellation of any tickets already purchased to upcoming performances.)
• Additionally, this will prevent the LA Phil from communicating with you regarding tickets or performances and may inhibit your ability to purchase tickets online.

Requests to delete your account may be sent to information@laphil.org or via an LA Phil app (LA Phil, Hollywood Bowl, or The Ford) by logging into your account and selecting “Delete Account” from within your account settings.

Group ticketing has a flat rate handling fee of $10.00 per performance, no per ticket handling fee.

Purchase 5 or more performances and the handling fee is waived on your 5th performance and every additional performance.

Tickets can be located in any section as long as they add up to a minimum of 10 tickets.

Absolutely and the best opportunity to purchase box seats will be our Special Concerts where availability is much more likely.

For your protection, only the group leader or someone you as the group leader has designated on your account can make adjustments. 

If you have someone that will be assisting you such as a co-chair, secretary/assistant, spouse, relative or co-worker and you would like them to be able to modify your seats or make a payment just give us their name and we will add them to your account. 

We start printing tickets the day after the Box Office Opens for the season in May.  Tickets are printed once your account is finalized by performance date order. Final payment made at 6 weeks gets your tickets to you within 30 days of the concert.

Definitely. The Hollywood Bowl has many options and it couldn’t be easier, you can purchase Parking, Park n Ride, Shuttle or Motor Coach parking with your Group Services Representative. 

Parking can be reserved along with your tickets when placing your group order.

Order early because lots and times do sell out.

Most concerts are 2 to 2 ½ hours, which typically includes a 20-minute intermission.

Group tickets go on sale in February, prior to the box office opening to the general public.  

Ordering early gives you access to the best availability and pricing.  

Ticket prices are dynamic and are subject to change throughout the season, so by reserving early, you lock in your group ticket price. 

Some performances have a per-household maximum ticket policy. Also, all performance as subject to ticket availability.

We're delighted that you'll be joining us at the Bowl.  All parking is limited at the Bowl. A limited number of subscription parking packages are available for Lot Don select series. If we are unable to fulfill your parking subscription request, you will have the opportunity to purchase parking on a concert-by-concert basis in March, before parking is available to the general public.

 To submit a request to parking:

2. Locate your Hollywood Bowl subscription under “My Subscriptions.”
3. Click “Renew.”
4. Click the “Request to Upgrade/Change This Package” button.

Our digital tickets are designed to give you the freedom to manage and share your tickets with your friends.  We understand that some subscribers may require paper tickets.  You may request paper tickets when you renew your subscription. If you renew your subscription by mail, please check the Paper Tickets checkbox on the bottom of your renewal form.  When renewing online, you’ll have the option of selecting your paper tickets as your delivery method. Please note that there is a $5 ticket mailing fee per order.  Tickets will be mailed to your mailing address no later than two weeks prior to your first concert.

This form may also be used to update email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses that have been changed.  Please note that your account may not be transferred or updated to the contact information of another individual.
